Factually, Explore Nepal Trails began long before the company was officially formed. Back in the 1990s, I Bhim Tamang was just a young trekking guide, eager to step on every trail and touch every foot of the mountains. I started my journey not as a business owner, but as a mountain guide carrying responsibility, learning from experience, and growing with every expedition. Those years in the Himalayas taught me something important:

Even a coin has two sides.

I saw the beauty of Nepal, the sunrise over the peaks, the warmth of mountain villages, the transformation travellers experienced on the trail.

But I also saw the other sid,e hidden costs, unfair treatment of porters, compromised safety, and rushed services focused only on profit. That dual reality shaped my vision.

Explore Nepal Trails was created not just to organize trips, but to correct what I experienced from the inside. To build a company where:

Today, in the spring of 2025, Explore Nepal Trails holds a family of 16 people who all have the pure intention to create the best memorable experience we can for you, the client. We listen, think, and generate new ideas with every trek, along with the proper quality service upgrades.

We believe in an exchange of ideas between our Team and our clients. Additionally, our Team hierarchy is wide open we are all equal in ENT Family. Our office times are also flexible, which is not to say we delay in organizing your trip!
