Langtang Ganja Pass trek begins from Syabrubesi, via the Kyanjin Gompa crosses the mighty Ganja La pass (5,122m), and ends at the Melamchi Pul Bazar in the Helambu region. Toward the end of the trip, you will also trek through some beautiful rice terraces and several splendid Buddhist monasteries around the delightful villages of Tarke Gyang and Sermathang before heading back to Kathmandu by drive.

Langtang is a narrow valley sandwiched between the main Himalayan range to the north, bordering Tibet, and a slightly lower range of snowy peaks to the south. Day 07: Trek from Kyanjin Gompa (3870m) to Nyengang Kharka (4430m)

Day 08: Trek from Nyengang Kharka (4430m) to Keldang (4270m) via Ganja La Pass (5130m)

The most challenging and rewarding day of the trek. You cross Ganja La Pass, offering breathtaking panoramic views before descending carefully to Keldang.

Day 09: Trek from Keldang (4270m) to Dhukpa (4040m)

A steady descent through rugged highland terrain and yak pastures leads to Dhukpa, a quiet camping area surrounded by mountain ridges.

Day 10: Trek from Dhukpa (4040m) to Tarkeghyang (2600m)

The trail descends into the Helambu region, entering green forests and traditional Sherpa villages. Tarkeghyang is a beautiful cultural village with monasteries and stone houses.

Day 11: Trek from Tarkeghyang (2600m) to Sermathang (2590m)

A relatively easy day walking through forests, farmland, and villages to Sermathang, known for its warm hospitality and scenic views.

Day 12: Trek from Sermathang (2590m) to Melamchi Pul Bazar (870m)

Day 13: Drive from Melamchi Pul Bazar (870m) to Kathmandu (1400m)
